and about the max number of dance/song, the korean pts isnt finish yet, they will probably adjust the mp consumption, and set some limitation
but wierd they didnt add skillz for judicator class yet

cancle stick is nerfed in hellbound. Sorta. Since it's a level 80 cancel, to counter it you just gotta find a buffer with +15 or higher buffs and be 81+ :dwm_happy

Frankly, no one can tell how good or bad any of this is until one tests the damage v. distance formulas. If they give nukers a easy crits, but then tag them with a negative for distance, may actually hurt them a lot. Also, if melee's get a big bonus for close range, may help them. Just can't tell without a lot of testing.

rofl, thats so fucking retarded. I mean its not like they have trouble catching up to anyone. The only use for that is going to be using it after you one shot someone and blink to your next target and one shot that sorry sap.
but on the other hand. I'm glad melee's are gonna be great. Should be fun playing my BD again. Chronicle of the melee imo

Anyone have anymore info on the exchange of B grade items? Is it all B grade or just normal B grade? Do items retain there +++? I have a +16 Damascus I would like to exchange for a +16 Wiz Tear if thats the case. 219 m atk ftw!!!

Sorry about my translation skill.
If reading in my own language, what I think it means is the the increasing is based on the experence that you gain from killing monsters.
For example,
if you get 100 experences from killing A monster
with viliaty points, you will gain 100 + extract experiecne
so when your vility system level is 4, you might gain 300 experience (total possible increasing) instead of 100 for killing the same monster.

Staying in safe area around 8~9 hours can raised up one level for vitality system (which means if I am busy, I can put my character in the safe area and will gain vitality points and raise up my vitality system level. When I come back and start killing monster, I will gain extract experiences).

(I will skip this part for now, it is difficult to translate them into English, I will need more time to look up those skill names (I know the skill names in my own language, but I sure do not know how each skill called in USA version). I will come back for this section later.

1. 依照上面那段所說,工匠製作物品時有機會做出稀有物品,但是成品會呈現損壞狀況
According to the above information, when crafting item, there is chance to get rare item. However, this rare item will be in broken status.
2. 例如一位工匠製作出一把「損壞的 XX 劍」
For example, a Warsmith made a “Broken xx sword”
3. 接著拿著這把劍去找墓穴鐵匠,鐵匠會有類似解封印的兌換表,將此物品兌換成成品
Bring this “Broken xx sword” to The Blacksmith of Mammon, you will be able to fix it into a good one.
4. 兌換後,此稀有物品將會是黃色名字(例如:稀有的 XX 劍 速度激發)
稀有武器仍可賦予魂石、強化、精煉,上面的例子,武器基本上就有速度激發,之後仍可以賦予其他 魂石效果
這些效果就跟其他特效一樣,會有額外圖示出現在角色的技能欄位處
防具部分也可以有稀有版本,因此一個人全身都是稀有物品時,技能欄上將會多出更多的效果圖示
After fixing it, this item’s name will be in yellow color (for example, Rare xx sword – Haste). You can still use Soul Crystal, Life Stone, or Element Stone to add more effect to this rare item, you can also use Enchant weapon scroll on it. As in the example, the Rare xx sword – Haste, it already has the effect of Haste, and you can use soul crystal to add Haste effect again, which will become double Haste power. 5. 墓穴鐵匠修理稀有物品時需要「研磨強化劑」,此物品可跟財富商人購買,取得難度不高

There will be new buff herbs dropping, and it’s effect can last for 5 minutes.
• 追加的藥草為吸血藥草、致命藥草、大頭藥草
The new herbs are Vampire Herbs, Deadly herbs, Haste Herb.

So yeah. I just came back here to check up on how L2 was progressing after these last few months and I see this post. I can't believe ranged classes are taking a serious hit. I love this new L2 dev team they seriously have a new vision for this game, lets hope it works out.
They are really WoWing this game up. Adding an Honor system and casual experience system certainly hold as evidence to that.
I left Lineage 2 in distaste when I realized everything needed was an Archer or nuker in everything fun. Basically being told to FU when raiding Frintessa was the final straw because all they wanted for DD's were archers. Now that I see some classes getting anti ranged skills I see new light for this game.
Maybe it's time to renew my subscription and dust off the old Wind Rider?

It will probably be the same as wow so all you have to do is log in a safe zone not actually be ingame.

Maybe what it means is that the way of consuming your vitality points is not based in a certain time in wich you can get the bonus (for example, lvl 1 = 30 minutes or so) but that you have a fixed amount of xp bonus from each lvl wich you can collect killing mobs without caring in how much time do you kill them. But who knows, still too early to know. Anyways, it sounds good for ocassional/non botter players, bots will get their lvl eventually :P

If the exp amount vitality will boost is proportionate to the level of the character this could be decent.
It is about 21 mil per 1% at L80 (1.5 hours in an average group), if I could spend 1/3rd the time it takes to clear that (30 mins) that would be great.

Vitality system increases rates of xp, but not rates of drops. I think its a good way to encourage normal people to play, like it happens in WoW, but it keeps some "hardcore" aspects, if you want to call it like that. Of course, ignoring all the bot/ebaying thing, but just talking about design. If you can just log 2 hours every day, it will enhance your time playing, so no more excuses like "i bot because i have to work", "great social live" and stuff like that. But many good ideas from NCsoft are fine when written (olympiads, for example) and badly implemented later. Lets hope for once they make it good *crossing fingers*
