Whell this thing simply could be solved by 3x increasing Spoil! So if you need some materilas find a BH(nowdays it's almost imposible) and go hunt.
I know people who repeatedly subclass bounty hunter, farm to L52 then delete the sub and start over again.
Something about 52 and below being good for mats i think.

Long range attack damage will be determined by the distance, attack power is stronger when the distance is farther. If the distance is too short, the damage will reduced to half or even one third.

Finally, this is one of the things ppl have been asking for since prelude : >
When a melee is close enough to hit the archer, the archer will only do 1/3 dmg.
EDIT: This together with daggers 900 target teleport, daggers gonna pop them archers like flies.

I told ya on the friggin first page and it turned out to be true, ofc they not gonna nerf range classes so they do LESS damage far away, but rather less damage close up.

And the dance and song that reduce archer crit damage. It seems a bit much all thoghether.

i got a augmention on my lvl 58 Dagger subclass with AoE power 66

BH spoil between 52-55 @ Frozen Lab , 3k CPB and 2k CL in one week and a half

If it will be level 74 skill even with 65 power you will do 1/2 of normal dmg (and not fail all tha time).
Still better than nothing.. And at least we will not have another semi nuker with powerfull summon.

but a ES with a pet that does 5 times more damage in AoE with the Nuke

It's all good to lv 60 and lv 65 is the last lv you can actually spoil mats ( beside some rare C grade gear only mats from lv 80+ mobs )
But lv 60 is when the absolut best mats stop spoil varnish, coal, bone more or less.
At lv 52 there is a nice place to hunt but it's more or less always taken :P you can easely spoil 1k+ bones there in a few hours. There is some decent places like this below 52 who those guys probobly use.
As for 60+ there is no purpose for a BH, specialy not in this expansion as yes you cannot spoil anything of value anymore, all gear is buyable except S grade, S grade you get form questing and the mats for it is not spoilable above lv 60. ( True there is key items but... you need like 18 of em vs 20k+ bones.... )
They may fix the WS class for once, but they have yet to fix the worst off class since start of the game.

yes but until pony hits once with AoE you will have hit 3 times.
and except of this ...cubics will lauch uppon the enemy.
lets consider (400-500 dmg every hit..) 1200-1500 dmg (with 3 hits) (PS FTW!!!)
and i read that increase the dmg of poison (Soulless is back :P)

this change sounds pretty cool aswell.. should make xping for tanks alot easier and more offensive playstyle in pvp

well yes but the dark wizard skill doing fail all the time.
necro/sh have death spike lvl 2 with power 65 .
we will have death spike lvl 13 with power 65.
so no fails...
