Necros were a much better debuffer than nuker back when the resists were strong, but once CT1 came out they are back to being good nukers.
Actually with CT1 necros got shafted even more into a debuffer compared to other nukers.
First of all because getting Dark stones is hard compared to water, fire & wind. Second because StS, MM & AM all got a lvl 79 slug/crusher/buster skill which gives them a hell a lot more fire power than what a necro has.
An ideal nuker group has one necro for gloom. The rest of the nukers should be a mixture of MM, StS & AM

Yes but it will require a lot of skill to maneuver with an archer. Nowadays archers just sit like dumb cunts and shoot their arrows, because it really doesn't matter if they're at 40 range or 1100 range. In ct2 it will and it will make a lot of difference.
well the damage on range does only change for physical skills not normal attacks.. if L2 hasent changed alot from c3 archers do most of their dmg from normal shots.

That person is wrong.
Transfer pain only works if the damage you recieve is < the amount of HP your servitor has.
If an archer crits you twice for 5k and on the second crit the servitor has < 5k HP (the case for unbuffed/orc-buffed corrupted/cursed man) you will get 2 hit by said archer (that's only a rough illustration to get the point across).
And where did we say anything about Necros sucking in PvP. Maya was speaking mostly from a PvE standpoint and so was I.
I can rape you in PvP anyday, just send me a PM in game.

sorry but that are the archers from your alliance who play from like 3 years and still suck. I like to see how many people will put full elemental resist on their armors, this is kinda expensive... not to mention that the most of the people will put elemental stones only for their class based oly and will try to max just 1 resist.
What else do you have left to spend $$ on? You can always farm them too.
I know I have very little left to get in this game

Necros are still good nukers. One thing you arent considering is that if you get 150 dark on your mace your surrender still works. Surrender is useless to all the other nukers. Getting 150 dark is harder, but it's only takes more time. Also, I'm sure there will be alot more people with fire/water resist armors than dark resist.

necros dont need another slug/crusher/buster. Imo they should get a 1200 range A0E hex nuke since there is soo much armor stacking/archer resist buffs available
Also slug/crusher/busters need to be tuned down slightly as mages have to much survivability in contrast to their killing power.

I'm not trying to argue that necros are better nukers (pure dmg) than sps/SH because they arent. They aren't ALOT worse though and combined with anchor/extra silence/mass banes overall I consider them a better overall class.

Not to mention that most countries dont hold so good records about the cause of death and suicides in some countries are not marked as such in the records since it is more of a taboo. Also, a post mortem is something that isnt done in many countries unless a crime is suspected ^^
Finland just decided it cant turn refugees back to Greece since the legal system of Greece is severely lacking and the rights of the refugees cannot be quaranteed.

Surrender is not useless, it aids in landing debuffs like Frost Bolt, Ice Vortex, and helps in reducing resisted/failed nukes.

it's called evolution.

something makes me think instead of nerfing dmg from long range it will be :
100% dmg on range and boosted damage on close range.

you actually used your brain?
it should be less dmg the closer you are to the target,at least for normal attacks.cause the arrow need to accelerate a bit to deal dmg and from close distance this shouldnt happen.

you do know that arrows actually slow down due to air friction ? An arrow hits it's max speed the moment it detaches from the bow as there's no more force applied to it afterwards for it to be able to accelerate further.
take bullets for instance: a bullet shot from 200m away will go through your skull but a bullet shot at point blank would splatter your brains all over the wall.

Guns are not effective weapons at melee range in real life. Point blank =/= always mean melee range. A bow even less so than a gun. Gl notching an arrow while someone is punching you in the face.

I'm pretty sure a bullet hitting you at melee range is more effective in terms of damage than one hitting from 200 meters away.
