That serial code can not be applied to this account.

thats the error i got when i tried to upgrade my account using a game time card that is valid until 31/12/08. Does anyone have the same problem atm / know a solution... :(

no, if ur trying to add that timecard to an account thats never been payed on before you cant, a timecard is to only add time to an account that has a payment made to, i recently had this problem.

Yep yepppp, check account territory = must be same as Game Time.

The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.
