Hello,

I created an account for L2 in February and I've always used my credit card for the monthly fees. This card has expired this month, so my account has become inactive.

I tried to give the information of my new credit card (which I received from my bank a few month ago already), but the system says the card was rejected because of "fraud suspicion"...

I sent an email to the NCsoft support service, saying there's no problem at all with my new credit card, I'm allowed to do online payments with this card, like I was with my previous card, but they say that they cannot resolve the problem and that I have to see that with my bank... great NCsoft ><

So i cant reactivate my account, which means no L2, and I'm totally ignored by NCsoft, although the problem is on their side, they just dont care at all.

Has anyone had the same problem before? Any idea to solve it will be welcome.

Dude same problem. I want to pay fee with American Express Card and get that same problem: FRAUD SUSPICION, but problem is on NCSoft side cause i called American Express and they said everything is ok with my card and ncsoft must have problems cause they dont get any request from them when u try to buy. I sent them a mail with problem they responded, that they are working on my problem and i will get informed when they'll solve it, but i got nothing in 2 days only complete ignoring from them on my mails. If anyone know what can be the problem plz help cause this is too much.

Regards, hope we solve this problem soon ;)

An old clannie had the same thing happen, and sadly, never was able to use his acct again. He tried to fight it for only like 2 weeks though, and said F-it.

Probably what happened is someone else on playNC actually typed the account wrong on their side, (each bank has the same 4-8 digit beginning 4 = Visa 5=MC) and then when they typed in the CVV panel in right on their card, it drew a flag on your account. Call them. Tell them your story, how long you have had the account with that card, and give them your card info if requested. Request that they contact the financial institution that handles that card, and run a address verification. The pieces just need to come together, but in order to do so, you have to hold their hand and walk them through it.
