Help me, stupid graphic card is crashing

heres my video card status,

one thing that boggles me is that ive been playing l2 for the last year without any video card problems now all of a sudden i cant even load up too my login window without blacking out, then getting an error

can you guy suggest a good graphic card driver or what the HELL should i do,

if it worked before and now it dosent u might need to do
a. run full check
b. reinstall game

also. tila is fucking hot.
