View Full Version : Freezing in Giran as soon as I log

I can see everything moving around me, I can see people talking...

I Cannot move at all though, even if i relog, same thing... the arrow keys do not help I cannot type anything or move

anyone else with this issue? Any solutions please??:om_swt:

Thanks for the reply. Unfo it is an on-board one, so maybe its a driver problem?

same thing to me. In other zones i have no lag , no problems but when i go to giran i cant move,other people are mocing,but not me... And then i get disconnected... Maybe u have solved the problem?

My mates has this problem too, had it for a few weeks now. He would really appreciate if anyone coud share there fix.

I will mention to him about a different network card and let u knwo how it works

interesting find, so which network card should i buy to fix this? (having similar problems with onboard card) probably switching to a wireless card soon though, problem solved??

my mates network card is onboard too, i told him to updtes his drivers and I'm gonna see if I got a spare one for him to test

I had this problem years ago. I found somewhere that the problem is caused by internet connection overload or sth like this, thing when u send or recieve too many packets, don't really remember. To solve problem download cFosSpeed (http://www.cfos.de/speed/cfosspeed_e.htm) it help me ;)

Hello Martynas,

Thank you for the network test. Try go to START > (RIGHT) click on My Network Places > Properties > Local Area Connection > Properties > Configure > Advanced > and un-check the "Checksum Offloading" option from the list. OK and Close your way back to your Desktop and restart the system.

Let us know if this does not make a difference in the issue for you.
