Arbalester's skill question please

I have read patchnote in this source

and I found

"Skills with Newly-Added Effects

Deflect Arrow: An effect that decreases crossbow damage has been added.

Real Target: Maximum range is increased to 900,increased damage for bows is decreased, and when targeting an opponent, the buff can disappear.

Soul Cleanse: This has been changed to make its use possible between Kamael.

Bleed: An effect that decreases speed has been added."

I may be wrong, It mean decreaed damage affect only "bows"? and.. where are crossbows?? it didn't affected?

some Arbalester please confirm this [or someone]

Up to now it increased bow/xbow dmg by the same amount, in gracia it increaess xbow dmg more than bow dmg.

At least that's how I read it^^
