Like the title says, I'm looking for a BW Helm Rec. 100% (not interested in 60% - so don't bother asking).

save up 15m, buy BW helmet, probably easier. the market is completely glutted with BW helm mats, but if you can't farm the rec yourself, fergit about buying one.
