no sex offender in NJ can decorate their house, wear a costume, give candy, take candy, or open their door to trick or treaters under penalty of the law. they can also not go out after 5pm tomorrow. anyone around the ny area put on FOX to listen to this shit.

Sex offenders that are out of jail have already served their time for their crime. This shit shouldn't follow them like this and ruin the rest of their lives. If people are that worried about the safety of having a sex offender in their neighborhood then bump the punishment to the rest of their able-bodied life, or death.
It makes absolutely no sense for them to be released after serving the time called for by YOUR SYSTEM and then going "hey guys, we're releasing this guy back into the public and he'll be living in your neighborhood. he's known to go on infant-raping sprees so watch out k?"

I am the faceless, nameless one that is out to get you.... when you get that "I'm being watched feeling" it's me.... when you think your trash has been gone through it has it was me.... when you think your being followed... it's me!
okay maybe too dramatic? anyway <3 U!

Sorry you had to take down your decorations. :-(
Seriously though, I do agree with you that it would be just better to make their sentences longer/permanent if they're gonna have stuff like this.

lol true, i guess death penalty would be a quick way out, this way they're forced to live a life of shame and dirty looks from everyone, and little to none in terms of job prospects
