ive tested Aion but it sucks ballz hard in my opinion.

isnt great but not that bad, if you are a sorc you can 3 shot some classes
l2 system (2 shots dead) isnt great either

and its not hard to decrypt those packets since its the same as L2 (ncsoft laziness)
and no real advantage either, you can already see target hp, there are no wars with legions from the same race etc etc...
unless you want to make xp bot or r2play for aion

a bot can be good to get Job levels(gathering, pot making, etc). but XP char is too easy in making quests..... You can XP faster than anybody if you get AoE group, but its kinda useless, there is important stuff received from quests....

a bot that would be good is a bot for the repeatable quests(ex:Coins). Those take forever

actually there is in aion... and more than that

btw, who said that L2 doesnt work on win 7 x64, just copy those newer GG files from aion to L2 folder :)

i had only EU version and that one for NA was only 2 days available. let me see when new keys are available for next week

L2 works just fine in win 7 without any gg-free or modified files but NA version of GG isnt updated so it doesnt work with older version of GG.
china version or na/eu version of GG is working fine, you just have to replace older GG file from L2 system folder with new one.

Well...of course it seems to be easy on xp.

Aion is just starting, so you see all the good things 1st. You have bonus's for opening, and the grind is easy (since its only 1-2x lvl atm)...even the support service is actually visibly searchable(live GM's).

But wait till few month, when you need to lvl up to 100...when you need extremely rare mounts,boss jewels just to lvl decently and pvp. Not to mention after months of wasting your money/time, you'll see that live GM's are gone, bots are everywhere, there will be too little xp spots to easily lvl in, etc etc.

It'll be the same Ncsoft-craptastic-grindfest all over again.

lol you are looking at the game from l2 perspective

for a regular player it takes probably 2 months to get lvl 45 soloing. of course nolifers can do it a lot faster or just lvling in a group. there are lots of lvling places at higher lvls but also more ganks from the opposite race. on china server, best way to get many abyss points was by farming the other race bots on their home land

lol mounts and lol boss jewels. there are no mounts and abyss is all about flying so no mounts atm, all they do in next update is better wings. look at the map, teleports and game structure and tell me if you need mounts

boss jewels? best items are craftable, if you dont have the time or gold for crafting get tons of abyss points for abyss gold items (although abyss items have more sockets)
