So it's finally out from what I'm told, has anyone had a chance to play it? Is it any good? It looks awesome from what I've seen...


Man it's nice to see Siegfried back to his normal badass self. Siegfried > Nightmare.

I'm surprised that no one has responded to this. I just picked up my copy of Soul Calibur 3 last week, and I love it... especially the Character Creation.

Having said that, I kind of suck at the game, and I'm mad at it for having an extremely gay last boss for Chronicles of the Sword mode. I mean, either give the guy a huge ass attack or give him health regeneration, but for the love of god not both. *grumble grumble*

Heh, ive had this game since the day after its release. it kicks ass.

so far ive unlocked every weapon for every character, bought every armor + item from the shop.

seig over pwns and its super lame no one could move a sword taller then they are that fast its kinda lame but kilik beats pretty much anyone easy im not even kidding he has so much range lol

I managed to get a rental copy yesterday... man...

I'm not used to all of Siegfrieds new moves... He moves so much more fluently in this game too. o.O It's weird... Haha, I started the game with the SC2 moveset in mind for Siegfried and I was like... "Omfgwtf do the fucking move bitch!!! :hm_mad: :hm_mad: :hm_mad: :hm_mad: :hm_mad: "

The moves arent even that similar to SC1 Siegfrieds.... Bah I hate when they change the moves... His new golf swing hit is nicer though in this one. ;-)

i prefer nightmares move set though, his opposite hand hold to quick swing rox your world.

Siegs moves arent the same as NM's in SC2. Theres a ton of difference. Most notably the commands to execute the moves, also a lot have been redesigned as well. I played the game for like an hour and left it at my girlfriends house... so I need more time with it...

so far in the chronicles thing im at i think at chronicles 13, i forgot which one.
Siegfried rox in this one...
press= triangle+circle(goes into a new position), then triangle+square(does a low attack swing) or triangle+circle then "X" to cancel and go back into a position to bluff ur opponeny.
NM is pretty sweet in diss one here.
but really, kilik FTW IMO.
