those numbers are propaganda tbh, and u gotta count in US servers aswell, so its 24 servers.

but if u rly wanna know, as of right now, each server has a player cap of 5k ppl. so 24 x 5k = 120k if all servers would be full to their limit. dunno where ncsoft takes those numbers from rly.
