View Full Version : New ingame lineage Hack??

Well i was walking; and then some 52+ player passed me so i cliked at his name,
but then the toon emidalty logs out and 5 secs after the toon comes back ingame...
then i try sevral times to klick on his name, so a box willappear in my upper middel corner but somehow i cant :S...

is this some new hack or what? i can still get a box with the players name if i click someone else or even a mob
btw my the toon i did it with was lvl 41
Disscus :)?

EDIT: hmm i guess i put this under the roung forum :(

noone else stumplede upon this hack :S or its already been postet before??

hello, i am here to declare you an idiot. In the event that this happens again, please click your status bar to select yourself, then procede to click the ESC key to untarget yourself. At this time, you should be able to re-select your original target. On some occasions, you make find that you do not even have to select yourself, and only need to click the ESC key.

........ well as i said i couldent get his fucking box appear in my upper middel corner but i can and could with other players that was right next to him...

i could click players right next to him; and anyway he had some strange disscounets; when i tryed, to get the box to appaer

have u ever thought about it might could be caused by lag, u had another target or anything else? try to alt-X -> Game and initialize..

Because the graphical error only related to his model/entity?

Fuck I hate dumb people, how can you be concerned about shit like this?

okay so what about the strange disconnets... ???
anyway i remember final talking about farmers useing some kind off disconnets; back in the old days when he was on killing spree :)

That is called Force logging, 2 ways of doing it. 1.) Log into you account agian in a seperate window or 2.) run l2walker.

and the error occures when you try to select something during your own, or their lag spikes or when they run out of your vision zone then come back in. Its happened to me when going after mobs. I will select a mob, the game will refresh and it will be out of my vision range and when it comes back in its unselected. I can still click and select the mob and attack it. But it doesn't register that I have it selected. i.e. the health bar doesn't pop on nor will its name show up.

ok could have been that :) but i still dont understand why i couldent target him even tho i tried for like 2 or 3 minutes

It happened to me today with my own toon.

I was on my wife's toon to transfer gear and had run all the way across giran. while her toon was running, i switched to my toon and went in warehouse got stuff and the went to look for her toon... it was still where she was before i set her to run. i could click on her, but nothing happened. i look at my wife's computer and she did run over, so apparently my computer lagged out and still had her where she was before she ran... and on my computer, she stayed there until i decided to run my toon to where her toon actually was. once i found her toon actual location, her toon no longer appeared where my computer was thinking it was located. LOL

freaking lag

happens to me alot when i 2 box, 1 client lags out and dissappears off the other clients screen for a few seconds, then comes back
