Key Features for a new and inovativ RPG?

If you where to be in a team that develops a new RPG, what key features/ideas would you implement in this game? Remember that you want to break the market with something completely new and innovative.

Something totally new?
What about a First-Person-MMO?
-> U have a crosshair and have to aim at ur enemys body parts to have different effects.
For example if an archer wants to slow down his enemy, he has to shoot in his legs, if he wants to disarm his enemy he has to shoot his arm, if he wants to kill him instantly -> headshot
Same goes for all Classes ofc ^^
Then it's important to have a big amount of choosable races with a big content of possible specialisations. Games with 2 races and 4 classes way to boring.
Mhh what else..
Ofc large scale open pvp like l2 has..
Then...don't give it in ncsofts hands..though we might have a chance for good 3rd party tool protection xD
