View Full Version : L2 interaction with outside programs

While playing L2 back a while ago, I remember being able to surf the web while L2 is running. It seems like now I am no longer able to open internet explorer while L2 is running in the background.

Is this something that gamegaurd protects against? and is there a way to fix it?

I dont have any problem with using IE/NS/FF when i play L2.
Or one thing GG blocks some memory areas used by programs writen in NET. , if you have some plugins for IE this might be the problem.
For example i can run MBM/Samurize/RivaTuner while runing L2 coz GG terminates them.

i used to notice that i couldnt browse certain sites when L2 was open... that has gone tho with some patches or maybe i changed dns i dunno
