I just built a new system
A8N SLI MB
AMD 64x2 3800+ CPU
Dual EVGA 6800GS 256mb graphics cards w/ 8.1.8.5 drivers
1 gig ram
280 gig sata HD
winxp

I can play every game I throw at it, but my L2 graphics sukk getting huge lighting issues and my hotkey bar won't reset, it just stays dark but still works. I have tried many settings and nothing is working???
Any help would be appreciaated

Turn off SLI ? and just run L2 on one gfx card.
There is also problem with dual core procesor , check this section i remeber one thread about that.
