download problem.........

i have tried 4 diffrent times to download l2 on a diffrent comp but when it reaches 81% it keeps asking to check to see if i regonize the file,i have downloaded l2 a million times without problems before,i turned off my firewall and it still did the same thing,when i click retry it moves 1% till i get to 100% and it stops. i have check the files and all are there,why is it not allowing me to download it onto this computer?
