Like all other BSOE suggestions, terrible. If you don't want your target to escape your gank, then fight fair. Thumbs down.

I rarely use more than 1 BSoE a week. A limitation like this however would be completely retarded. I keep BSoEs in my inventory to keep from losing gear. Theres a very real possibility I might have my gear at risk more than twice in a 4 to 6 hour period.

meh i've only used a BSOE once and that was by accident. I clicked on the BSOE instead of the SOE. But then again i'm no-were near as high lvl as Jetta nor do i pvp as much therefore i agree with him about the risk of losing precious gear.

Meh, putting a cool down on BSOE is pretty stupid.. I realize this is a pvp game, and I myself love pvp, i've only bsoed once when I had a full party running at me in FP. But besides that I normally just fight it out until I die, hoping I can drop 1 or 2 people, but not everyone plays this game for pvp, others play to grind, crazy as it seems some people enjoy getting % and killing the same thing over and over, and when there confronted with pvp they don't want to be apart of it. Beside's what if you had to BSOE 5 minutes ago, and you get back up to the top of ToI or something and your whole party dies and you can't BSOE cause you just did? Pretty stupid. I don't see it happening at all, ncsoft is to controling to listen.

Ive never BSOE'd, i guess its a waste of money, unless i get it myself off an event or something like that, otherwise, if someone comes to kill me, even an alliance full.
Then again bsoes are very usefull incase ur lvl 75 and ur at 100% and c4 is just about to come out and u almost died :dwm_happy :dwm_happy

B-SOE will never get a cool down from NCSoft and here is why;

in Lineage-1 SOE was instantaneous back to town
in Lineage-1 B-SOE was instantaneous to a bookmarked spot you got to select on your game map.

so in essence, NCSoft has ALREADY made a cool down period
by making SOE take 15 seconds to caste till you are gone.

They then made B-SOE which essentially costs 300 times more
in order to give people an instant option should they need one.

The fact that according to you players somehow "abuse" B-SOE
by using it to avoid PvP is absurd. That's exactly why it's there!
