EQ 2 now has pvp servers

Can any EQ2 players (you can come out of the closet now) shed any light on how the PVP is? From what I read it's faction based, but i'm wondering more about the actual mechanics.

I really liked that game... quit it because no PVP.. hmmm... I know unless they added lots of restrictions to skills and stuff the PvP has the potential of being pretty sick...
