Yes, but that's over 600k concurrent, that is simultaneous players, combined with near all stores that carried WoW being sold out (ie, not open beta), anyone with half a brain would see that WoW very, very likely has over 500k subscribers in China after release, and that's being conservative.

(And the 600k number comes from Blizzard stating that there were 500k people in game simultaneously + a 6 digit queue, which could be anywhere from 100k to another 999,999 players, though it's safer to just assume the low end).

Expect Blizzard to be announcing 3+ million players before long.

play what you like, in my opinion and that of many other ppl L2 just blows, especially compared to WoW. And on the other side long time L2 fans say their game is better and WoW blows (granted, I know more ppl who say L2>WoW who never really played WoW, while WoW players who claim that L2 sucks in comparison are often ppl who played the Korean boredom-MMO beforehands), who cares, it's just a game ;)

meh, to me they're both the same, good for some short term fun and nothing else

I agree with this somehow, despite of the idea of MMOs which are supposed to bind ppl for a long(er) time. It's just that for me WoW offers way more variety so I can play this one longer than something as repetitive as L2, but guys like Tyvolous would disagree and call me an idiot because "there's nothing to do at 60 and you're 60 within two weeks" :roll:

This is the only new content the patch has to offer, it'll probably be beaten within 2 weeks. There is also some shitty world event, skill balancing, and other misc changes, but thats not content. L2 chronicles have heeps more substance.
