They should all be in 1 category which then opens to a list of them all, annoying having to scroll past them.
Could do the same with server forums too =P

there should be some kind of mod for this tho, I would hope
that is the #1 reason i switched over to vBulletin.. and the leet admin area is nice too

IPB is better, vB is too, but when I asked billy he said he's a supporter of open source.
phpBB isn't useless but hopefully billy will get the hack to get subforums (if there is one, been a while since i used this bbs)

I miss the worst forum memberbase ever - flames everywhere :cry:
I miss the old smileys :cry:

Create a front end to this site instead of going straight to the forum section.
You can slice up the front page and place specific sections into blocks. Trader section can be on the left hand side like before. Once you select a link, POW, you link directly into the proper Forum.
I love open source as well. I was always partial to PHPNuke. It gave a nice and customizable front end. It's Forum link went straight to phpBB.

don't worry when ige offer's me an absurd amount of money there will be a banner

I don't plan on putting a CMS, phpnuke blows.
When I'm satisfied with the forums I'll work on my own frontend.
