Can't Log into Lineage2 Game or Forums

I registered an account yesterday at the lineage2.com site all excited to start again in Lineage after previously quitting. I installed the game, put in my gamecard code, my account said that I now had untill the end of May to play the game and I was so sure that I was ready to start.

Unfortunately, that was not the case. When attempting to log into the forums my username and password for PlayNC would not work, so I clicked 'log in' and 'register new user' all this took me to was another page to log in at. I'm assuming that the PlayNC account is the one you use for the forums, and yet it is not working.

I have also been attempting to log into the actual game and THAT will not work either. The PlayNC account is supposed to be the exact same one that you use to log into the game, but it is not working. I've run the update several times to see if that was the problem, but it was not. I payed $30 to be able to play this game, and it's going to be such a waste if I can never even do so.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

the playNC account is not the one used for forums. it's related, but it uses a different password. if you want to log into forums, you have to make an account on the forums using your playNC name, and make a new password.

are you able to log into your playNC account? if so, then go down to the account details and click "reset password" on the game account for lineage2. that will take you to a page where you enter your birthdate (or the BD U used to create the account), and upon entering that, it will take you to a place where you enter the new password.

then you shouldnt have any problems logging into the game.

Doesn't matter really, mostly because my password is wierdly complicated and secondly because I can't log in anyways. =P If some hacker can actually log into my account, all the more power to them because I (who actually knows the password) cannot. xD
