Dowloading help..

have a technical question for yall: I am currently in the process of installing lineage2 on a computer I have here in Malaysia. When I try to connect to the download server, I get an access denied message. Is there issues with downloading the client from asia? And if anyone has encountered problems with dl'ng from asia what did you have to do to get a succseful connection ? Apreciate your time

Your problem could have 1001 causes o.O

I do know that asians can play L2 perfectly fine. There's players from thailand, singapore, china, japan, korea, india etc.

Send a report to NCsoft. They will ask you to run a system test and submit the file to them. They will then check the file and help you further.
