Found this after Virus scan...How worried should I be?

Backdoor.IRC.Zapchast, net search says its a form of trojan, allowing remote access to my coputer. After several runs of the virus checker all traces have been removed but what damage could it have done already?

more than likely if you're not noticing any problems and it is completely removed you are fine.

oh and btw if you use windows restore points make a new one and delete the older ones as they still are infected.
