Hello evrybody!
I have a problem with my NCsoft account. I bought Lineage 2 2 days ago it was 04.04.2006. I login to my NCsoft account and add the game. Then I tryed to reset game password, but I couldn't. NCsoft account manager asked for my birthday i gave it then it asked for new password I typed it and confirm then i press "submit" and appeared error screen "Problem to reset your game password. contact support". Support is still resolving this problem. May somebody have same problem? What do you do about it? :dem_cry:
