I'm wondering what happens at the ending of the first kingdom hearts? I never got the chance to finish it. So could anyone fill me in on the ending?

you kill this giant guy in this ship while your flying around
then you go into the door and king micky is there so you talk to him ... then something happens and he has to hold back the darkness so you can escape and he says he will find a way to get back to your world ... the last seen is you walking away down a sunlit road with goofy and donald with you

yeah... it wasn't very much. kairi got back to destiny island but sora couldn't make it, but he promised her he'd make it back someday. they show a little scene of it in KH2 as well.

PS, KH2 == probably one of the greatest square OR disney games of all time.

btw, if you finished the game correctly you get a scene of KH2 also ~~
