Was wondering if anyone else is playing on the pvp servers of Eq2. Ya Eq2 is an ugly game, but after the SOGA models added awhile back, it looks alot better during character creation.

Dude, if you havent tried it please do. Its pretty awesome pvp experience. Right now currently playing a scout class, and tracking other players with "track" skill is awesome, and then stealth mode to get the kill

I did, not long though because I simply didn't have the time, but I was there when Nagafen started, and the first two weeks I had a blast although it was frustrating as hell, playing a healer and stuff, and it was my first time I spent serious time in EQ2 so I had no clue where to go, what to do

I also stopped playing it because I'm not a big fan of PvE game turned into PvP, and generally not a big fan of MMOs anymore. The damage classes in my guild levelled fast and earned a fortune simply by killing lots of human enemies, something you cannot do as a shaman, especially not at these low levels. But like all the other 80% of the players using pwnzor DD classes you won't know just how retarded PvP in old-school PvE-oriented MMOs is as a support char. I do appreciate that SOE tries to keep game balance intact by having an independent PvP ruleset for skills and stats on gear though

And finally, if there's anything that looks retarded it's the SOGA models except for about three races (I prefer them for gnomes, halflings and humans). That is, if you're not an anime freak, of course...
