Well, consider how it's already fairly well-known that Batman has defeated Superman.

And after seeing how badass Batman can be thanks to Batman Begins i'm starting to believe that the spider (who would no doubt put up a fight) would simply be prey for the bat.

but batman isnt even really a SUPERhero, hes just a normal dude who bought tons of stuff...yea hes a hero but he aint super.
