Where to fish RECIPES?

Hi, i am a professional fisherman in this game, never the less in the many hours ive been fishing, still i didnt fish ANY recipe of the accesories, and this make my job really difficult, i have to make a couple of each accesory but the recipes are missing. Is there some secret to fish these recipes or is just TOO MUCH luck to get them? any special bait? a special location perhaps? i was told that the location is not important, so now i don't know what belive. I hope u guys can give me a hand here.

u CAN'T get ACESSORYs RECIPE from fishing ... it's ONLY in clan halls for sell (ex.: rec: pirate eye patch is like 110-150k for clan members)

i fished all my 300 FISH GEMS n 150 SHINY FISH GEMS ... w a pain :X

oh that really sucks, is there any chance to non clan hall members to get them without buying from stores? i don't think so..

or just try discover which clan hall sells the recipe that u want ... n look for members of this clan n try a deal :X

i did it on kain n bought the recipe for 250k =] nice deal for me n for him <3
