More skill update(Daggers) based off of Treasure Hunter forum
*Skill 'Dash' cool time reduced to around 1 min.
*'Dash' duration time increased to 15 seconds
*Deadly Blow/Back Stab enchanced with 'Instant Kill' effect
*'Instant Kill' effect probability increased
*Critical Blow(General description, look at Jihae's post.)
Total of 10 skill levels, level 10 Power = 3613. Effect 1 to 5, Duration 15sec.
*Stealth is not a toggle skill like silent walk. Duration = 2minutes, able to use it right away again(Cool time <2min), P. Atk, P. Def, M. Def, Accuracy and Critical chance greatly decreased during stealth. No movement speed deduction.
*'Lethal Blow' Cooltime reduced
*'Bluff' Mp cost reduced to 35
*'Focus Power/Chance' Mp cost reduced to 35
*'Vicious Stance' adds a bit more critical damage to stab skills.
*Test Server Bug?: There's a chance of 'Instant Kill' even if the stabbing doesn't land on the character.

Yeah I was pretty bored to translate all that, but then again I was surprised with how much times the dagger skill landed + Instant Kills.
Looks like daggers aren't so gimp anymore. Go Tharis, Phyx and Lori!
Oh and it seems like the skill 'Erase'(Force Unsummon Enemy Servitor) has really low chance of landing. So no worries for Ein's cat, Fiddy's horsie and my beloved queen <3 (Maybe we can get a squadron of healers to spam' Erase' during siege to unsummon dwarf summons if it's allowed in siege ground/dwarven summons)
'Mana Burn/Mana Storm' seems like it has extremely high chance of landing though. And it burns ALL of your mana. Over powered imo. They better change it in the actual update.

FUK THAT! That is AWESOME! FINALLY, a skill that gives nukers the shaft. I allready get a skill that roots archers, so now with a good grp, Melee can actually DO something in PVP.

Oh yeah the Bishops are overpowered now, they have a skill that burn all the MP...
Damn is there someone thinking here ?!
Even if you burn the mp of someone, that don't make him die, his surviving chances is low, but he can do things. And a Bishop with no one else with him can't kill one only man in less than 1 minutes, so u got long time to move away to get help...
U call this overpower ?
No overpower is killing someone in 3 shots, with a crazy casting speed and a awesome range.
burning MP is not overpower, is just fair against nukers.
Stop complaining about something, that's 2.5 years than bishop do approx nothing except sit and heal, let them have some cool things to do in PvP.

If I remember correctly, someone posted that Chronicle 5 would be the age of the healers. ;)
Though I would still love to see what they can do to the Gladiators since they are still ever so gimp. :(

This is such a good way to obtain balance, as it finally makes a class that is more powerful than nukers but that is still weak to melee.
Mages will own melee with their high DPS. Healers will be able to disable mages (and archers too to some extent as they use MP to shoot). But melee can still own healers, even if they have no MP. Tanks can own archers/daggers with their pdef and new root skills to prevent them kiting, heavy melee can own tanks with their large HP, and archers can own heavy melee with kiting.
It could work really well, just hope NC don't mess it up, bring on C5!

Personally I would love to see if Gladiators would get a type of ranged stun that they can fire while holding dual swords, or have a 'Dash' type of skill, or a hamstring/cripple type of attack. There isn't a class that I can name that hasn't kited me to death. :dwf_cry:

LOL if glads got those then they would be a tyrant with dual swords! I think they should get perhaps a long range stun something like shockblast - but it does no dmg and stunning effect is high. I always thought felt that glads defect weakness buffs could've been applied to pvp, like detect mage weakness or etc. Then a glad could deal extra dmg to a target based on the class. And they need to fix final frenzy, because it's worthless atm. Although force sonic is pretty nice. VietKnight in those tournament vids tore people up with it.
LOL is anyone thinking that glads perhaps should've got a root skill LOL

im againts nukers too, but lets take a look at this:
** archers - theyre kinda overpowered too, they cant do shit without MP, pop out a dagger maybe? ... HE`s can actually convert hp to mp after being "burned" by a bishop... feel bad for the SR`s and PR`s.
** healers - no mp to heal = you die fast.
now lets take a look at the melees (being gimp already):
** bd, sws - no dances/songs or mp to UD = you are even more gimp.
** melees - no mp to shield stun/specials/no sonic blast/dagger specials
etc, etc...
melees can still kill a healer after being burned... the question is, can you do it before they bsoe? or even worse, before they root you and pop up a soul bow and kick you ass (assuming they have a bow and you dont) ?
thats quite overpowered if you ask me

You left out one important detail....
Melees can still use their weapon with no MP. That is not overpowered!

DA, SK, TK and Paladin can all kill a Gladi easily (TK and Paladin just take alot longer to do it.) Sws can easily take down a Gladi if they use a bow and kite, BD get's get asses handed over though just because of the power difference between the two melee classes.

it all depends what'll be the cooldown on mana burn, burn doesn't stop your mana regen - you'll still shoot although less often.

mana burn is stupid if it lands as often as they say it does. (for the record, instant kill on daggers is equally dumb).
i mean nukers cant nuke, healers cant heal, daggers cant do anything, archers wont be able to shoot.... that's way overpowered. change it to 50% mana burn and maybe we'll be closer to balanced.

You can still regen during combat, so though it would be extremely slow shooting, you can still run to gain even just a tad bit of mana to fire off a few arrows and continue kiting. Just don't expect to save enough for skills such as Lethal Shot or Stun Shot and such.
