Because the patch notes were completely nondescript on how existing skills were changed, I made this thead to compile information reported by PTS players. Keep in mind they're all still in testing so obviously they're subject to change.
I'll try to update as best as I can. If you make any threads or posts related to skill changes please make a post here too and I'll link or quote it. Thanks!

*5/16 added Zealot
*5/09 Major Heal casting speed has been patched.
*5/06 Added bits to Destroyer, BH, Warsmith, Glad. It's not much but it's a start =_=. Added some other little bits to some other places. Added Snipe.
*4/30 Might Mortal added. Focus Attack and Thunder Storm added. Summon change added. Arcane Distruption and Betray added.
*4/28 Mana Burn details added..slightly disappointed. Major Heal/GroupHeal have slow casting speed, and they do not seem to be 100% heals. Added slight Necro nerf. Greater Might/Shield and Chant of War/Shield do not stack with each other. Found some new info on mana burn. it's effective but it doesn't burn all.
*4/27 apparently all hate skills now work against player chars. added Tribunal, Judgement. added sleep nerf. added banish undead. added Turn undead. Major Heal requires spirit ore. Greater Heal instant:overtime readjusted. Added Trance. Added Blessing of Sagittarius. Added Greater Might/Shield and Chant of War/Shield.
Abyss Walker
Deadly Blow: enchanced with Instant Kill effect
Back Stab: enchanced with 'Instant Kill' effect
Lethal Blow: Cooltime reduced
Bluff: Mp cost reduced to 35
Focus Power/Chance: Mp cost reduced to 35
Vicious Stance: adds a bit more critical damage to stab skills.
Might Mortal: 2 minute self-buff. 5 minute cooldown (can be shortened with buffs etc).Bishop

Mana Burn: High chance of landing. M.atk dependent.
Sapped about 100 against unbuffed targets with Tateossean Jewllery. Sapped 400 against targets without Jewllery. Tester was using Ghoul Staff.
Mana Storm: Same as Mana Burn, but AoE
Turn Undead: Works against Necromancer summons
Erase: has low landing rate. uses spirit ore.
Major Heal: Costs 1 spirit ore. Casting speed about the same as Greater Heal.
Major Group Heal: Costs 4 spirit ore. Slow casting speed.
Greater Heal: Heals 70% instantly, 30% over time - regen rate slow. (No changes to Greater Battle Heal.)
Greater Group Heal: Heals 70% instantly, 30% over time - regen rate slow.
Trance: fast casting speed. costs 34mp. nearly instant reuse time. lasts 5 seconds.Bounty Hunter
War Frenzy: Goes upto lvl3. MP use similar to viscious stance.Dark Avenger

Judgement: Does about 200 more dmg than normal dmg against PC. Debuff decreases accruacy by 9, lands at a very low rate.

Destroyer
Polearm Accuracy: Toggle skill. Goes upto lvl3. At lvl77 added 4 accuracy. MP use similar to vicious stance.
Wide Attack: 2 minute self-buff. Reuse time about 30 seconds. Goes upto level 5.
War Frenzy: Goes upto lvl3. MP use similar to viscious stance.
Zealot: Active skill. Activates at 30% HP. Lasts 2 minutes. Reuse time 2 minutes. Drains a large amount of HP and CP per tick (On a lvl61 Tyrant, drained 200 HP and 200 CP per tick. Patk +50, pdef -33, accuracy +6, atk speed +133, mdef -56, evasion -12, movement speed +10.)
Elder

I'm told that the charge use of certain skills have been reduced. For example. Triple Sonic Slash Power 7 still requires 7 charges, but after using it you're left with 3 charges. (Gladiators please correct me if I'm understanding this wrong.)
