Where's the Fishing Guide?

L2Blah says its search function is not working, so I can't simply search the forums for a fishing guide.

I'm trying to see if it's cheaper to craft greater swift and greater healing pots, rather than spending ancient adena on them. However, I don't know what fishing expertise and lure will isolate the fish scales that I need in order to craft potions.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
