Nobless Ports in C5

I've heard rumors that they are removing the 1000a town-to-town ports for Nobless in C5. Is this true?

If so, then wtf. I hope its not true, but if it is, I hope enough people bitch and moan to get it changed back.

Nope they arent.
They are just reajusting normal port fees , like in newb towns = cheaper than now.
