Ya. They are. They removed the cape slot to make room for another accessory slot.

It is highly likely that these slots are seperated into high and low - so you could wear a hair pin and a party mask, or cat ears and a pirate's eye patch, but likely not cat ears and a circlet.

they have separated hair accesory with face accesory. that means u can have a hairpin and a mask at the same time or cat ears and mask together but u cant use cat ears with hairpin
