Any news on how hard it would be to get them in C5? I know they are making it easier to get helmets in C5 than in C4 but did anyone read anything on Korean sites or got info from PTS? Will we be able to get top A helm recipes from drops/spoils or non-retarded quests?
They have prommesed to make A grade armor recipe spoil and drop, if they keep it I duno, but htey said that at least.

If that happens raid boss farmers will have one way to make money - 11-12 lvl soul crystals.

40+ Boss mobs are suposed to drop some kind of orbs.
You will be able to trade certian amount of orbs for FULL A grade armors<helms gloves boots , main armor>.
They said something about gambling so we can presume it can be similar to coin quest.

We can already assume these orbs will only be used on Helmets and 100m+ worth items lol. So the chance will increase and a helmet prices will go down in C5. Question is... can you wait 4 months?

I don`t have to ;x .
But sure it will help lower/new ppl to get thier a grades .
Considering <bartz> that i see alot pickup raid partys for 30-60 RB this should give new ppl chance to colect orbs for thier helms .
Honestly 100-140 mils for DC/NM/MJ helm is way to much.
Also this Orb system will be nice idea for clans , like put all of them into Clan WH and just buy helms for PPL in clan.
ATM my clan is doing it with papys from ToI quest.
Got like 9-10 MJ helms rec and crafted 5 or 6 helms for archers/healers in MJ.
So well organized clan in C5 can do the same with Orbs.

You are right in that.. But how many +40 RB are left ones the farmers have been there!! So it is just ++ items for them!!:dwf_cry:
There's many 40+ raid bosses out there. The problem is right now that the ones that drop A grade gear are all farmed. Now, the raid faremrs will set up groups to fight every 40+ raid boss. Awesome!

more chances for normal player to gain orbs, that isnt bad at all :dwm_happy
They better make A helmets atleast 10 times cheaper, 150 mil for DC/Majestic/NM helmets is a fucking joke...

Hmm... so you can't spoil A grade armor recipes?
That's odd, I've been in party with a BH who spoiled an Elysian Axe recipe. I'm assuming weapon recpie is harder to get than armor recipe.
They added A grade weapon recipe as spoils/drops in C4, but not a single armor piece except yewelry.

Farmers will just farm the orbs and the cost will move from helms to orbs.

I think the helmet prices will drop, but the other cheap A grade Armor prices will raise instead of that.

DC helmet 200m on Devianne lol and i wonder when this madness will stop and will stop it before i quit....cuz all this only makes me quit l2

yeah the 12 SA Crystals costs now 70M on Kain from 80M.
13SA 175M.
I dont know how the prices will fall on c5 conserning SAs, but I am sure that the Helmet prices will drop after C5 is a bit around.

This is a nice thing with the Orbs.
though, alot of raid bosses are camped by farmers.
farmers kill loads of raids per day.
the more they kill, the cheaper Orbs will be.
simple supply and demand.
i dont know now many orbs a raid drops. or how many u need for an armor set.
but. C5 + 1 week of orbs they will be quite expensive per orb.
C5 + 1 month, think of how many orb there will be, they will get cheaper and cheaper.
jsut think, the longer u wait, the cheaper they will be.
il get A grade one day lol

As of right now on Korean Test server, A grade armor recipes are not droppable or spoilable~~ I really hope they make a last minute add on when they go live or before.
