(Debuff is rumoured to be a 3 second Wind Shackle for Robes. Might differ for other armor types.)

Complete garbage. Why would they make the effort to make pretty decent looking armors (yes, they are just retextured, but they still look pretty cool) just to fuck them with useless stats. I don't know what game those idiots are playing, but ~+200 is not a pvp oriented set bonus. What makes them think anyone would sacrifice normal set bonuses for that crap? Unbelieveable. Does everyone play low DPS melee classes in Korea or what?

well they did mention somethign about you loosing less xp when you were killed wearing the armor, but im not sure if thats true anymore. if it is, I could kinda see this set being usefull, but people will quickly turn it into a "oh shit! bout to die! armor macro!" thing.

If rep is really easy to get, you could just buy them for fun, only costs a couple mil adena for a set from what I've seen.

Do we know how easy rep is? And if everyone can get it or if it's allocated?

That's true, maybe they're super cheap as to encourage overenchanting them, then at +6 you get a really nice extra bonus, or 5% more CP regen!

But remember many people complain that DC Robes gives nukers too much cast speed and archer sets are too anti melee etc. What would people be saying if Apella was better than DC Robes or Maj Light? Lets face it the only way Apella would be widely used is if it was on par with the best A Grade sets.

Of course, it has price as an advantage but I don't think those bonuses are terrible considering the price. They could have added 15% cast speed to the Robes, some attack speed to the light and Mdef to the Heavy imo.

that heavy is actualy preaty sick for like a SWS or BD. and the pdef is on par with the Tallum i was wearing when i was PvPing with legacy. that said only thing its missing is a shield to be realy good armor for a SWS in PvP

wow.. it seems its as hard to get an apella heavy set as lvling the whole clan from lvl 6 to lvl 7:/

i realy ask myself if its worth it. but i realy like the look >.<
