if all parts are +16 i heard u get ud2 or ue2 bonus all time but can move around full speed.

if all parts are +21 or better u get above but chant of victory effect and vr4 and +120 run speed.and also fast recharge dash skill.

+6 plated lether set boost equip on Lv35 dorf, which has 0 light mastery passive
+6 = 332pdef and +3 = 284pdef

Writer's opinion, P.L is C grade, he thinks B or A grade will get more bonus but he couldn't test on B and A cuz no armor scroll ~_~
