ToI lag?

I have stated to get crazy lag in ToI and its not graphic lag,
Its connection lag/delay & spikes. And funny part is i dont lag outside! just when im inside it and trying to exp.

And since i heard other people have/had this problem i wanted to ask here if you knew how to fix it =P.
