My Clan Just Hit Level 3 (^_^)

I really wasnt sure where to put this. But...I need some help,I dont know how to set a clan crest...

how do I get a clan crest? and where can I get a clan crest?

go to the clan tab in L2 and there should be a "Set Crest" button, it will tell you the restrictions of the crest image (16x12 BMP @ 256 colors) and then you have to enter the path to your crest manually, so I hope you didn't store it in "C:\Documents & Settings\Especially Complicated Username\Folder\Folder\Folder" - better save your crest directly in the root directory of one of your partitions, eg. C:\, the "\" might look like a "W" though

Just save to your main drive.
so it will look like this.
"C:/largepenis.bmp"

My clan just reached lvl 3 to, and i cant upload a crest. I took an old one from a fansite (16*12, 256, BMP), and put it in C:\. But when I try to upload it ingame it says that the picture should be 16*12 256 bmp!
Is there any known issue I havent heard off? Or are the old crests not compatible? It doesnt have any transparency.

I have tried a couple different pics but its the same on everyone..
And i have tried with both "\" (W with a "-") and "/" ie. C:\ and C:/

open it in mspaint, save as a 256 colour bmp.
