"could not resolve hostname"

Everytime I make an attempt to login to the game I cant get past the login screen and the message pops up "could not resolve hostname." Has anybody had this problem before? If so a little insight into the game would help

I think it because you cant get a connection with the servers. Try checking if your firewall allows l2 to connect. Other then that im not sure what to do =/
