Well most people that do and have pvped, basically stop playing and are not coming back until c5 pts I would guess, alot of clans inactive atm. Sooooooooo ya I doubt there will be significant pvp on sieghardt until c5 tbh.

Ye my bad, I dont feel like holding shift with my pinky or thumb, doesn't feel right and gets me out of the groove. No nostromo or special keyboard here. Maybe i'll try and get used to it more, but using it every 2 weeks doesn't give me much practice : (. I am kind of rusty, havent been that long since I came back to L2.

As for rapid shot, only time I remember not having it was when I got debuffed too much, or when I had too many grief buffs :/. I never forget my rapid shot.
