I played it for a bit, try it out, you have to click on the buildings you make and buy interior stuff too, so if you're wondering why you don't get prisoners while you do have the building...buy beds! Anyway, took awhile to figure stuff like that out, and you only have 60 minutes to play...
Now I figure someone here must be able to crack that 60 minute timer thingy...or know of a crack.
