Gameguard Files for L2 offline

my brother is in iraq atm, he has l2 and wants to play but needs some files

he emailed me and said from wiki - search lineage and i will find them, but i cant (noob)

can anyone help please?

Local gamegueard files won't help, you would need a whole L2J server or something like that to play offline.

with a decent dedicated server, and some time tinkering, you can get L2 server running on lan with a few people playing.
