Someone please help

I went into my master account & changed my password like L2 said & I just got home from work, when I go to log in ,it says my password is incorrect?I only have 1 account, my master account says my password etc has been successfully changed, why can't L2 log in screen not pick that up? Is there some where else I have to go to change password or something? Please help

NC Soft helped a clan memeber of mine with your exact same issue, supposidly was an over subittal of post backs from web server or something or other, he resolved by calling them.

you probably just changed your master account password. your in game password and master account password are different. when on your master account, click edit details on the account part to change your in game password
