registry scans and fixes

Today I had a virsus found on my comp, i cleaned it up and got rid of it. On my next restart lots of programs are not working cause of registry faults. I have used a couple free registry cleaners and repairs, but they all do only a couple unless you buy the program.

Is there any program that will clean and repair all for free?

Here is the thing, I can install anything. I get multiple errors when trying to install anything.

Talking the NCsoft tech team, they are pretty quick on responses, but so far nothing has really helped.

I use spybot. It has a registry repair program. Least my version does. It should be free.

I would use spybot, but 1 I can not install it, 2 the programs I have installed can not be ran.
