Yep, I'm getting the same error. Sigh.
Alright, I think I found a fix for this up at the L2Official forums. Honestly, I should have already thought of this: http://boards.lineage2.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=693475&page=0&fpart=1&vc=1
Here's the steps:
* Start up LineageII.exe (do NOT push the start button)
* Open up your task manager (By pushing CTRL+ALT+DEL)
* Find the lineageii.exe process
* Right click this process and look for the option to "set affinity"
* Once clicked, a popup will come up with a list of CPUs, uncheck either CPU0 or CPU1 (Usually CPU1, but it shouldn't matter)
Yeah I did that lol but is fuckign lame when you load like 4 clients x.x for theboxed chars and stuff, Also you can always try windowsxp launcher it helps too, but is not the point x.x, They said it will support dual core in c5 =/

So that method works? (I haven't tested it because I deleted my C5 to start new because I simply thought my files were corrupted).
yeah it works x.x but I rather using windowsxp launcher x.xyou dont need to do the ctrl + alt + del thing just double click on an icon x.x

here is what you do.
1. download the AMD dual core patch from http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/utilities/Setup.exe
2. reboot
3. should be no more problems

I run C5 just fine with no tweaks.
I am using Intel Dual Core 2 (E6700)
