Alright, the problem i'm having is my computer keep's shutting off, sometimes as soon as i hit the power-on button, sometimes not for a couple of hours. (Doesn't matter what i'm in, whether it would be the CMOS or Regular Windows.)

Here are my specs:

AMD Athlon 4400 Dual-Core Processor 64 X2
Corsair XMS 2 GB DDR400 RAM
ABIT KN8 SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard
Western Digital Raptor WD740GD 74GB 10,000 RPM Serial ATA150 Hard Drive
(2) nVidia GeForce 7800 GT (SLI Mode)
Running Windows XP, Fully Updated

I've tried to replace the Power Supply, same problem, Replaced the Motherboard under warranty, same problem, Replaced the CPU Under Warranty, same problem.

I've tried different heatsinks on my CPU, I've tried different HDD's, and even had them unplugged, along with my DVDROM and DVDBURNER.

I've also tried to run it on both graphics cards alone (w/shadow card in) - same problem. I've also done the same with RAM, same problem.

Any suggestions on what would be causing this x.X

i was gonna say overheated. And it might still be that on your HDD.
For me that was the problem. Just bought myself an HDD cooler for 20$ problem solved and they look awsome in shine-through case

Only guess right now is dirty power.
I know it sounds weird, but try the comp plugged into a different outlet in you house and not just a different one in your room.

If that doesnt solve it, it may be you dont have the correct PSU, it may be to low of wattage for your current setup.
