Graphical Problems

I just today installed L2 , first time on C3. After logging on for a while I noticed the color and quality of my graphics were not the same as C2 , BoP's looked choppy , Demon Sword's colors were not right aswell as a couple other things , and I'm sure alot more that I have not caught onto.

I really dislike this and hoping that someone here knows how to fix this considering I tried the obvious.

-Full Check
-New DirectX
-New Drivers
-Restart

Nothing worked , fiddled with all the vsync , image quality , L2 options and etc that I could to try to get this fixed myself , nothing.

I attempted installing my old drivers , this did nothing.

Edit : I have found someone else with this situation :)

Look at SJ's Demon Sword , it has the same color problem that I do.
Atleast I'm not alone , I hope to get this fixed soon :).

No suggestions?
I contacted support , so far they asked me to update my windows and send them my Dxdiag , which I did but the windows update did not work.

I can still update to SP2 but I see no need to do that considering the graphics used to be fine..
