:P I didnt want to bring any more attention to some scorned ex-gf in another thread, so hello everyone...:) Its been about 8 months since i was last on Orphus, and I'm not back in game (retail) but I am on a private server. Hope everyone has been behaving themselves while I was gone...
I see Orphus has a new owner, who apparently hasn't got much more sense than Microwave did. Little has changed there.
What's everyone up to?

yeah we are working to get it back up as soon as possible. We had a major security breach, but we will be able to rectify the problem. Sorry for the abrupt shutdown yesterday...had to stop the problem before anyone else's accounts were damaged.

servers should be back up within a few hours at the most I am hoping...we had a disgruntled GM that stole an account db and compromised about 800 accounts so we had to bring everything down until we could secure it.
I cant hook you up with any gear guys, but my server is 35x exp/adena rate, so you can lvl up with nifty gear in NO time... I made 2 toons to 60+ in about 4 days. We also have 2 servers of 7x rate so they are more realistic to the retail economy and all...
Hope to see some of you there :)

Heya Kria, welcome back to the game, sort of :). (but then i haven't played retail since C3 test server myself)
Orhpus is better if not by much. Like Rhayde said at least the admin is active. But with Rhayde and Maxxx unmodded it is a better place :)
Thanks :) I never really cared for WoW that much, but my husband was playing that so...I feel much more in my element in L2, and Guild Wars...well, it just sucked from the get-go. I will be playing Pirates of the Burning Sea, though, when it comes out in December...:) Coming back to L2 though has been nice...and being on a 35x server I can see what I didnt get to see in retail...what it is like to play multiple classes end-game. I have a Spellhowler and Necromancer, and 2 fighters I havent chosen paths for yet, and of course, my little dwarf. :dwf_luv:

And I got my original account banned for being called a scammer, when I provided proof that I didn't scam and I could have the guy thought said I scammed him vouch for me, but whatever.

I don't remember what he originally did to get his account banned, probably bullshit quote pyramid spam with the other old off topic whores
Thing is he seems to think he should just be able to make a new account like nothing happened, didn't work that way there and doesn't work that way here. So of course since I saw and banned all his other accounts (come on, at leats give me a challenge.. astinus2 astinus3 astinus4 astinus5?), I'm a bad mod.

lol, i got 2 warnings on my original account, one for saying fuck (swearing) right after the filter was put in, therefore it was blocked with the "-_-" and the other one was for quoting griffon (or something like that) saying "All Germans are Nazis" (racism) and asking why that was allowed and not something else (I guess it seemed smart-ass like), so yes I think my ultimate banning was a little unjustified.
The third warn I did deserve though. I called Zerocold an asshole.
Funny that I posted for like a year (4666 posts) on astinus3 and nothing happened, but I post a single "postcount++" and I get an IP ban lol.
Btw, my opinion of you being a terrible mod has nothing to do with my own experiences with you Rhayde, as far as I knew at the time you had nothing to with my accounts being banned.
